On site warehousing
Within the framework of a service level agreement, and to ensure a maximum uptime of the capability, Microflown AVISA establishes a warehouse with an appropriate amount of spare parts customer may use to replace malfunctioning or “suspicious” hardware.
The multi-bin concept is used to bring the hardware part back to our offices for inspection, repair and recalibration before returning the items to the local warehouse at the customer premises.
Support & maintenance contracts
Microflown AVISA offers a standard warranty of two years on all its hardware and firmware, assuming “fair use”.
Trading items are excluded from this warranty.
